Redeemer Baptist Church is seeking a part-time Worship Leader to serve our congregation by leading Christ-centered, Scripture-shaped worship.
Our worship gatherings emphasize participation, prayer, and response to God’s Word. Music is intentionally placed throughout the service to help the congregation engage before and after Scripture, giving, and the sermon.
Role Overview
• Lead congregational worship on Sunday mornings
• Plan and prepare music in collaboration with the Lead Pastor
• Help cultivate a worship culture rooted in Scripture and humility
• Encourage and work with volunteer musicians and tech team members
Time & Compensation
• 6–8 hours per week
• $1,000 per month
• Part-time position with potential to grow
