Part-Time Youth Pastor
Redeemer Baptist Church is looking for a part-time Youth Pastor to help disciple and shepherd our middle and high school students.
Our desire is to see young people grow in their knowledge of Scripture, their love for Jesus, and their connection to the local church. We value authentic relationships, biblical teaching, and consistent presence in the lives of students.
Role Overview
The Youth Pastor will help lead and develop a Christ-centered ministry for middle and high school students. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships, teaching Scripture, and encouraging students as they grow in their faith.
Responsibilities
- Lead and organize a weekly youth gathering
- Teach Scripture in engaging, age-appropriate ways
- Build relationships with students and their families
- Recruit and encourage volunteers
- Help create a welcoming and spiritually healthy environment for students
Time Commitment & Compensation
- 5–6 hours per week
- $1,000 per month
